This historic Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District building is now the new home for an Alterra Coffee Roasters and the Milwaukee River Flushing Station Exhibit Room. It features exterior trelliswork, entry canopy, and railings, as well as interior structural steel, stairs, balconies and railings.
